Vintage Dixie Deb Floral 1960's Day Dress with Belt Size 14

Smoke Free Home. Excellent Condition. Flowers have a wonderful watercolor feel to the all over print. Full pleated skirt. Collared and buttons down front. Belt reads size 14 but please check measurements. Measured flat - Shoulder to Shoulder: 16.5", Underarm to Underarm: 20", Length from inside collar/neck seam: 41". Inside of belt has some spotting but you can't see issue from front at all.
