Vintage Dofan France Black Leather Handbag, $90

This is a very special handbag made by Dofan France-the luxury handbag maker that was based in NYC. It has a very contemporary vibe given it's from so long ago! It probably dates from the late 1950's to early 1960's based on my resarch. According to the Bag Lady University website, "Dofan France made some fabulous handbags.." Given it's over 60 years old, I think it looks amazing (see images). I do see a few scratches on the bottom flap which is partially covered by the top flap. The design is very different two flaps with a silver edge trim. The first section is divided in two and has a side zipper pocket. The bottom flap has a large flat pocket which could hold your cell phone! The bag measures: 8.5" wide, 9" high, 3" deep and 7" handle. This bag will be professionally wrapped for safe travels.
