Vintage Don Elliot floral dress. Size 8

Vintage Don Elliot floral polka dot dress, the colors are vibrant! It just says funky librarian to me😄 this dress has neat tucks on the shoulders (I tried to show this in pictures) and POCKETS!! Features a stretch waist, and the skirt flares. It does have 3 tiny belt loops if you want to wear a belt with it, but you could easily snip those off if you don’t care for them. Buttons are covered the entire length of dress. This is such a fun piece! The only flaw I see is that it is missing a button at the bottom of each sleeve (pictured) Length: 38”, waist measured at the elastic: 17.5” across. Tag says size 8. I would say generous size 8-12.
