Does not include a long strap, comes as shown with two attached handles. 11"W x 8.5"H x 4.75"D There is a ink pen mark on the inside of the purse. I attached a photo of it. Zippers are smooth as butter to zip and unzip, pockets and leather look good. There is some slight discoloration on the handles but minor. Pebbled All Weather Leather® 100% Brass Hardware Clean inside and outside Red, white and blue "Dooney & Bourke Made in USA" sewn-in cloth tag with serial number on the back but I cannot make it out due to the frayed tag. No smoke or pet odors and Generous carrying capacity.
