In great shape! The only issue is that the leather parts have no snap. One strap (as pictured) is not flat, but I think you could make it flat with some pressure on it or ironing it down. The other one lays flat just fine. It does not affect the usage of the bag. It's been pointed out to me that this bag may not be authentic. Regardless, it is a nice quality bag, and I don't have any reason to doubt its authenticity-however I cannot prove it either. Just a fair heads up!

mom2kasey Please verify authenticity by showing the Dooney & Bourke red/white/blue tag from inside the bag along with the serial number located on the back of the tag. Thank you. 😊

cmb1234 @mom2kasey hi there! I couldn't find the serial number in the bag- I bought this at a thrift shop, used, maybe it was taken out? It's nice leather and very high quality so I would be shocked if it were an imitation, but again, can't be 100% certain. That's why I set the price as low as it is, since I cannot find the tag, or vouch for its origin. Again, it's a very nice, well crafted bag. I would be shocked if it were a knock off.

mom2kasey @cmb1234 You can also verify if it is authentic by the button snaps. They should say Dooney & Bourke on them. If the tag was removed, since it is sewn into the seam, there would still be remnants of it left in the purse. This would not be authentic. I’d hate for you to sell this, only to find out it was fake, and have the customer be unhappy & return it.
