Top is attached, made from polyester, the skirt is made from Acetate; A manufactured fiber refined from cotton filaments or wood pulp and acetic acid that has been extruded through a spinneret and then hardened. Long skirt with same type of material black lining. This dress is very fit at the waist, must be X-Small or Small with bust no bigger than 32C. My mannequin is a size 4, this fits just right
