Excellent like new condition, no flaws or signs of wear. Thick, sturdy fabric, bo stretch. Back has elastic panel. Straps have 3 different lengths with a button to change them. White tie around waist is removable. Bust has a scalloped detail. Size is 8 but see measurements. Pit to pit - 18” Shoulder to hem - 40” Waist - 16” Strap width - 1”
