Hi! Checking on sizing. Since it’s vintage, wanted to check if it’s a true size 10 or if it runs smaller. The pictures look like it could be a 4 or 6. Also, what is the fabric on bottom? Is it lined?

I just saw this message. Sorry This dress would be more like a 4. I can measure if you need me to next week. the fabric on bottom is fur. It is not lined but The material is not very thin.
