Vintage Dress with Silver Gems - Possibly Handmade

THIS DRESS is OLD and has been worn and loved and does have it's share of damage- NOT PERFECT or NEW NEW. Would be beautiful dyed to cover up the yellowing/old material look- Vintage Dress with Silver Gems - Possibly Handmade. This dress was bought secondhand in the 90s for my Halloween costume to be a princess with a wand:]] This is absolutely beautiful but is aged. COLOR: Off White/Aged. Has some yellowing and a couple areas of rust (where the eye & hook is in the back). Has NO SIZE TAG. Material: Unknown. Brand: Unknown. Sleeveless. Zips in the back to get in and out. The chest area front and back has these silver round gems/rhinestones attached over the sheer material layer. Waist area is gapped/bunched together in rows and 3 columns. And then after that is the rest of the gown/skirt. There are 4 layers to make up the skirt part. -Sheer Material -Net Like Netting Material -A More Solid Pearl Material and lastly a -Cheesecloth Looking Material. Bottom of skirt has poof and volume and kinda flares. There's some holes or runs or snags in the top layer material here and there- those pictured were the worst I saw/noticed. Cheesecloth layer is kinda stiff. -MEASUREMENTS LAYING FLAT- Armpit To Armpit: ABOUT 16" Top of Shoulder To Bottom of Dress: ABOUT 41" LONG Waist Side To Side From Chest Area to Stomach TOP: ABOUT 13.5" - 14" Waist Side To Side From Stomach to Skirt Area BOTTOM: ABOUT 11.5"
