Vintage Dynasty 60s Asian inspired maxi dress

Vintage 60s Dynasty dress I’m sadly parting with because it is now too small on me. Many of the dresses from Dynasty are collectors items and sell for $1200-$1500 on 1st Dibs and similar sites If doesn’t sell I will float mount it in a picture frame and hang in my house as an art piece. The pictures do not do it justice Purchased in London and worn once to a gala fund raiser a few years ago and buried in closet. Would be great party / hostess dress. Made in Hong Kong I’d guess sometime in the 60s Very well made (paid a fortune for it but I thought worth it) - fully lined. No fabric tag - very soft fabric (could be silk or high quality sateen poly blend?) skirt of dress is quilted with velvet fabric on mandarin collar waist band and hem. vintage size 12 I’ve included flat lay measurements which are only approx measurements
