Vintage E.D. Michaels Petites Floral Dress

Vintage E.D. Michaels Petites puff-sleeved, blue floral midi dress. I absolutely love this dress, but I no longer fit in it, unfortunately! This dress features a blue base with a white, green, and pink floral pattern. The V-neck bodice secures with functional buttons, and the waist is elastic. The tag has faded to the point of illegibility, but I was a size 6/small when I wore it, and I would recommend it for a true small or even a smaller small. The bodice is 12 inches long, measured from the center of the back of the neck to where the waist elastic is. The flat waist measurement is 11.5 inches, but there is some stretch due to the elastic. I would recommend it for waist sizes 26 and smaller. The arm holes, which hit right above the elbow, are 5 inches across when measured flat. The dress is in excellent used condition with no damage or signs of wear aside from the faded tag.
