Vintage Joyce sportswear plaid red, white and blue drawstring A line skirt. Waist ties and can accommodate several sizes but listed size is 9/10 women’s. Made of polyester and cotton. No imperfections noted. Length is approximately 27 inches waist to bottom. Waist untied is approximately 17 inches laying flat.
