Vintage EVAN PICONE oversized tweed blazer - petite!

Gorgeous vintage Evan Picone tweed blazer. Structured drape. Slight shoulder pads for shape. Perfect for a stylish yet laid-back, oversized blazer look! It is often so hard for us petite gals to find the perfect blazer, but the sleeves have been tailored even more to a perfect 21 inches. Vintage size 14 but approximate measurements are as follows: Shoulder to shoulder seam: 16 in Tip of shoulder pad to other tip of shoulder pad: 18 in Sleeve length (shoulder seam to sleeve): 21 in Blazer length: 27 in For reference, mannequin is a US size Small. I believe this jacket would fit between a US S-M depending on desired fit and drape. Please note that because this is a pre-loved vintage item, there may be slight flaws or signs of wear. Please inspect the picture carefully. I have identified a few minor stains on the sleeve, back of shoulder, and inner flap. However, these are barely visible. The inner lining is intact. Overall, the blazer is in VERY GOOD vintage condition and has been properly preserved and dry cleaned!
