Fabulous vintage, A-line EXPRESS dress. The empire waist on this dress creates a gorgeous elongated silhouette, enhancing natural curves while providing a super comfy fit. Ruffle detail along the hem. Fully lined. light and breathable for summer -- 100% cotton shell / poly-cotton lining. side zipper with hook + eye closure (hook is missing but doesn't affect the zipper staying up). some wear on one strap (see photo) not noticeable when the dress is on. no stains, rips, or tears.
