Vintage Early 2000s Low Waist Wide Leg Cuffed H&M Trousers Size 4

Bought these at the H&M in NYC in the early 2000s. They are very low waisted with wide cuffed leg. Very good condition and an adorable fit. Size 4. Black with a very subtle and faint stripe print that I couldn’t catch in pictures.
