Stylish blue and white design with vented sides for breathability. Stretchy, moisture wicking material (specific material unknown, likely polyester and spandex). Drawstring waist for added adjustability. In very good, preloved condition. These are old so there are signs of wear, but nothing major. A slight pull can be seen in the last photo.
