Vintage Eastman lace up leather boot

This is a full grain leather lace up boot. They look like they’ve been made very well. There is no size printed on the boot although I believe it is a woman’s 6 per my toe to heel measurement (see photo). I tend to think it is from the 80’s-90’s based on the label’s font, but I haven’t been able to find anything in my research. See photos for scuffs and other wear. *I do not believe this is made by the current Eastman brand that also makes leather boots.
