Skirt is in good condition. It was worn once previously. Size is as indicated on clothing: 11 The approximate measurements are: Length from top to bottom is 20 inches Width at the bottom from left to right is 21 inches Mid width of skirt is 20 inches And top/waist of skirt is 15 inches in width I try my best to use the measuring tape to show the size of clothing and going off what the tags say.
