Vintage Eddie Bauer Flannel Plaid button Down Skirt

Awesome technicolor plaid vintage skirt by Eddie Bauer. Thin to medium weight 100% cotton flannel skirt with a gathered waist at band, no elastic or stretch. Buttons all the way down one side. Pocket on one side only, due to the other side having buttons. Beautiful colors that work in all seasons. Pair with a cropped tee in summer or a slouchy sweater and boots in chillier weather. Tagged a vintage size 10 but please see measurements in photos as vintage sizes tend to run small. Allow enough room as fabric has no stretch. In very good vintage and preloved condition with some light pilling. Bottom button, near hem has no button hole, see photo. I assume this is on purpose and part of the design or perhaps the skirt was shortened at some point.
