Vintage Eddie Bauer Suede vest- yippeekayeee

It is in excellent condition. Size says XS- but I wear a solid 8 and it fits well. Label claims this is a washable genuine leather--- wow- worth more just for this quality. Measurements are: 18.5 pit to pit. For a size XS, this is roomy... I can button it and I usually would currently wear a Medium. Almost 22 in length. Adding pics... No tears, I see a tiny mark on collar that may come out with a suede brush. No odor.
