Vintage Edwardian Black Velour Hat with Black and White Feathers

Old mourning style hat. Velour with ostrich feathers on the under brim and with plumes on the top. Obvious wear from use and age. Scrunched and slouched shape with some tears in the lining. Will be packed with care.
