Vintage Egyptian Revival Style Bracelet

Purchased from amateur vintage jewelry seller (vintage jewelry hoarder on Instagram) for my birthday. I loved it when I saw it, but when I put it on, the piece just didn't feel like me. It's chunky but lightweight. The scarabs are most likely some sort of plastic, but a pretty green marble. The piece is about 50-60 years old (at least according to the seller), but in excellent condition.
