Vintage Elaine 90s black long dress

This was my mom's in the 90's, it gives me Elaine Benice vibes from Seinfeld! it's black rayon with a white print on it, pretty lightweight with t shirt style sleeves -- great for summer! I wore it with black combat boots. It's all Rayon, and sized small. Midi to Maxi length, hits about mid to lower shin, depending on your height.
