Vintage Elan Beaded Sequin Purse

It’s in great condition, the base of the bag feels and looks like silk, but there is no tag to confirm. There are two beads missing from one section of the bag and some minor marks on the inside of the bag near the closure (both are pictured). It measures 5.5 in. Across the top and 6.5 in. at the widest part of the bag, it’s about 7 inches from top to bottom.
