Vintage Electric Blue Tiered Filigree Brooch West Germany? Electric Blue

Beautiful vintage brooch featuring electric blue and light blue rhinestones in an unusual tiered layered design. The goldtone stamped filigree backing is set with the elongated light blue rhinestones and just above are very vivid blue teardrop rhinestones. Then the next layer up is a stamped filigree flower set with light blue stones and centered with a large electric blue rhinestone. I call this color electric blue but I'm not positive others would -- it's like an unusually bright blue, a few shades darker and it would be a sapphire color. Gorgeous and really looks like vintage West Germany, but isn't marked. Great vintage condition overall with some of the elongated marquise stones showing some dullness, not bad. 2" in diameter.
