Vintage Elegant Black Dress Small

Vintage, quite elegant & surprisingly comfortable must-have black cocktail dress. Outside is lace, with inner plain black slip (slip has to be part rayon), both with stretch. Cannot find any flaws, except there are no tags, apart from designer. The measurements make me guess it's a Small. Has a beautiful, yet subtle design on outside lace. Measurements laid flat in inches (approx): Outer strap to opposite: 13 1/2", Chest: (under arm to other): 15", Length (to bottom of fringe): 41", Fringe: 7"
