Vintage, Elegant Red Satin Long Coat or robe?

Luxurious red satin robe? Or coat? with intricate patterns. Features a single button closure and wide lapels. Perfect for formal occasions. This was part of an estate auction that I purchased. Vintage closet, no tag for the size or material. It is lined. I’d say it’s a medium or large. I don’t know much about it. One of the side pockets has a hole but could be sewn back together. It’s a dark red but looks to fade into a lighter red
