Vintage Elgin Ladies Petite Dress Watch with Stretch Band

Vintage Elgin ladies petite dress watch with stretch band. Watch features an oval gold-tone case and white dial with gold-tone hands and hour markers. The dial is marked, "Elgin, Quartz" and "Japan Movt" at the bottom edge. The case back is marked, "Elgin, EX118, 012, 5Y30, 364, Base Metal, St. Steel Back." The watch case measures approx. 18mm across excluding the crown, and the watch with stretch band should fit a maximum wrist size of approx. 6 1/4" comfortably (will stretch to a larger size, but will be snug). Watch is in good vintage condition with a scratch-free crystal and light scuffs / scratches to the case (some scratches on case back). Watch has a new battery and keeping time.
