This beautiful silk Ellie Tahari dress is difficult to part with. I wore it for an event around 20 years ago and it is still in immaculate condition. Strapless and feminine, it moves like a whisper as you walk. It has a delicate tie around the neck which is finished with two small silver pieces so it hangs beautifully. It is fully lined. It measures 45 inches from the center of the chest to the hem and has a 15 inch split on the left side for ease of movement. The mannequin measurements are 34 chest, 26 waist and 35 hip.
