Vintage Elie Tahari Silk Sleeveless Top

This vintage Elie Tahari sleeveless blouse has an unusual clear plastic collar that snaps in the back leaving a keyhole opening. This top bares the shoulders. It measures 16" from pit to pit and 22.5 inches from the top of the collar at the front to the hem. There is also gathered material from the front of the collar down to the chest.
