Let me start by saying, yes, this has shoulder pads, and yes they are GLORIOUS! This top is built for the vintage lover. The top is silly feeling, easy to maintain, and as you can see, hides the two small marks very easily! The price is reflective of the small marks, but further discounts are always available when you bundle...maybe with a fun pair of Coldwater Creek Khaki shorts? 😉
