This is a size small. It is 33.75" long total. It measures 26.5" to the center hole from the bottom of the buckle. It is 24.5" to 28.25" and adjustable on 1" centers for 5". It is 1" wide. There are some light signs of wear on the gold tone portions. But nothing terrible. The material looks good with no major defects.
