Vintage Emerald Green Oval Glass Planter/Vase by A.L.R. Co

Manufactured in 1940'-1950's this stunning oval vase or dish looks gorgeous when the light shines through. I can imagine the beauty when it's filled with flowers! Similar in color to Anchor Hocking's Forest Green, it has a scalloped rim at top and a beaded foot/bottom. Marked with A.L.R. Co, it measures approximately: 5" Tall; 8" wide.; 6" deep The top diameter is 5-1/2" with the top opening 4 1/2". The base with its beaded edge is 5 1/2" long & 4 3/4" wide. Tiny chip along rim on underside. Can’t see it and does not snag when you run your fingers along it.
