Vintage Emma Domb Red Chiffon Party Dress

This gorgeous party dress is made of a beautiful soft red chiffon with sequin and pearl straps; also features a built in petticoat for a perfect retro shape! I altered it to add width to bust and waist but it is still a bit small. There is some label staining on the inside bc it was used for theater at one point.
