Vintage Empress Hat Size S

This vintage cherry red velour hat with a burnt orange [1st photo shows accurate colors] grosgrain ribbon detail was worn by stylish ladies of the 1950's. This "cloche" style fashion accessory has the distinction of its "body" being made in WESTERN GERMANY. This is a piece of history. 21" circumference. The velour that can be seen when worn is in very good condition. The velour under the rim has normal "hat wearer" marks. The ribbon around the body is in great shape-the bow has minor marks.
