Vintage English Tea Strainer

This is an early 1900s English silver-plated tea strainer. I was able to get a shine on the strainer, but not the pot. Not sure if it’s due to age, or if the silver plate is worn. The strainer is a testament to the elegance of afternoon tea traditions. It has a perforated bowl for straining loose tea leaves and an ornate rest for practicality.
