Vintage Erika's Place floral dress

Beautiful style to this vintage 1980s floral dress. There is a fitted dropped waist with a blousey, drapy top that is open for a little va va voom. Below the fitted waist panel, the dress drapes nicely. This goes on like a wrap dress and buttons closed at the waist. Vintage size 12 Waist: 15" measured flat Length: 47" from back of the neck, measured flat (not taking into consideration blousing involved with the style when worn).
