Vintage Esprit S navy blue polkadot high waist linen fabric shorts

Vintage Esprit size small shorts. Navy blue with white polka dots. These are fabric like cotton or linen and have pockets. There is one small fabric run on the front as shown. I believe these are high waisted (otherwise these be really long) Measures 13 waist 12 rise 6 inseam
