Vintage European hand embroidered doilie dresser scarf

Charming vintage doilie with cheerful pink and green hand embroidery. This would be lovely in a small table, nightstand or dresser. Cute in a bathroom, too. This was purchased in Italy but I was told likely made in Germany. It is in very good vintage condition. I found one snag and a tiny rust spot. Please see photos.
