Vintage Eva Franco Anchor Dress

Amazing nautical dress by Eva Franco. Purchased at a boutique downtown Chicago. Very rare. Mini length with a fitted bust and tie neck that is adjustable. Keyhole cutout at chest but not too revealing. Side zip. Looks so cute with red heels. Fits true to size. One small flaw in fabric that was there when I bought it. Not noticeable at all when wearing. Measurements upon request.
