Vintage Evan Picone Raincoat

Vintage, in excellent condition. Couple of spots that I haven't tried removing, see care label, should be easy to remove!! Has been in the back of my grandmother's closet. This would best fit a petite small to medium(/perhaps a large, depending on the bust). The arms seem to be intentionally cropped slightly. Perhaps to show off a fancy wristwatch ✨ The inner houndstooth lining can be reattached, but I wanted to show how each piece looked separately. Either together or worn alone, both the jacket and the liner are slick. Shoulders have some padding. makes me think it's from the 80s
