Vintage Designer Evan Picone Skirt. Completely lined. Hook and button closure on the left hip. POCKETS on both hips. Amazing tassel and bow design on gold, blue, red, and green. This would look so cute with a sweater for fall! Striped sateen white fabric under design. Brand is Evan Picone. Marked a size 10. 29” waist. No stretch.
