In excellent vintage condition sequin on silk blouse size large. Brand is Eves Allure and likely from the 1980s. Beautiful tribal design in magenta, turquoise and deep navy. No missing sequins. No stains or damage. Length of blouse is 20.5", chest is 23" and sleeve is 11".

myrriahjoy @_sharonposhing pit to pit is a chest measurement and it’s 23”. Not sure what you mean by waist for the shirt but it does have some shaping and is about 21” at it’s narrowest. The shirt hem has split sides so they allow for a little more room as the aren’t connected. They measure about 21.5-22” across. Hope this helps.
