This listing is for a 90's Skirt by Excelled. It was made of high quality brown leather with an elastic waist, zipper fly and short slit. This skirt has some small signs of wear but is in good condition with no elastic/lining/hardware issues. Size marked is 10 Measurements pictured(wasit has a fair amount of stretch)
