Vintage ‘90’s formal dress from Express. Beautiful cherry blossom pattern, pleated cut and flowy fabric are very flattering and asymmetrical ruffle cut on the bottom is perfect for dancing the night away! Cross back straps and zip-down back. Fits true to size and could be altered by a seamstress. This dress is a crowd favorite and was originally purchased by my mother in the late 90’. Dry cleaned only.
