Vintage Express Denim Cutoffs

Vintage Express Denim Cutoffs! Pretty sure my mom got them in the 80s and I wore them in high school. 5 inch inseam. Marked as a 13/14 but they are very small, see picture with measuring tape for waist. Estimating a size 10 but please compare waist size to your own shorts. A few small imperfections -- small hole on the seam of inner thigh, two small spots on front of thigh and one small spot on back of thigh (pictured). I believe they're ink stains and they may come out, I haven't tried!
