Vintage Express Knotted Black Velvet Draped Backless Top

Crushed velvet black vintage Express top. Knots at the top of straps, and backless draped back with boatneck front. Size 11/12 but has a lot of flexibility, would fit Small-X-Large. Elastic bottom at hip. Hip measures 19.5" across with lots of stretch. Super chic and slinky, modest in the front, daring in the back. This is a gorgeous piece.
