Vintage Express Mini Skirt

This skirt doesn’t not have much stretch. It is vintage so the sizing is a bit off in my opinion. I would say it fits more like a size 4. For reference I am a 27” waist, 33” hips, 40” around by glutes and it’s too tight to be comfortable on me.
