Vintage Express, Small wrap front skirt

Express size small skirt, great condition! It’s a wrap and tie front skirt with a hidden button closer, red black and white plaid design. Pleating that gives it a great shape! Vintage approx age 1990-1992 based on a NYT article I found about the “Compagnie Internationale” tag
