Vintage and oh so soft tunic top from Express late 80’s. Zipper at neck to make mock turtleneck. Dropped shoulder hence the shoulder to should measurement of 23 in. Length is 28 in. Arm pit to pit is 22 in. Material 70% Cotton, 25% Polyester and 5% Spandex so it holds its shape very well. Light weight and so comfy!
